Art Prints for Businesses: Venues, Museums and Heritage Properties

lingholm estate shop with Rob Miller framed prints on the walls

Art prints are a natural fit for venues, shops and heritage properties, a low-effort revenue stream that connects visitors to the place they've just experienced. Whether you need artwork supplied or have a collection you want to reproduce, we handle everything from photography and printing through to fulfilment and drop shipping.

Who We Supply

Venues and hospitality businesses that want to stock art prints related to their location or theme, landscapes, local landmarks, or work by artists connected to the area. Prints sold from a cafe, a hotel lobby, or a gift shop are a natural extension of the visitor experience, and a reliable revenue stream that just runs once it's set up.

Retail shops and galleries that want a reliable wholesale print supplier. We produce batches to order and deliver ready to sell. Prints can be supplied flat packed ready for the shop to package and display, or individually packaged in presentation packs or tubes ready to go straight onto the shop floor. We can also drop ship directly to customers to support online sales.

Museums, country houses, and heritage properties with an existing collection that could be reproduced as prints. If you have paintings, drawings, special objects or archival works you'd like to make available to visitors, we can photograph them to museum standard, produce giclée editions on archival paper, and supply them as a retail product, all from one studio.

A Case Study: The Lingholm Estate

The Lingholm Estate in the Lake District sells art prints from its restaurant and shop space, landscapes of the surrounding fells and water painted by local artist Rob Miller. We produce the prints here in our Manchester studio, archival paper, trimmed to precision on our Zünd flatbed cutter, and delivered to site in batches ready to display and sell.

When Rob adds a new painting to the collection, we photograph the original in our studio and prepare the artwork ready for print. Lingholm orders stock when they need it, we produce and dispatch, and the prints on their walls reflect the landscape their visitors have just come to see. Rob Miller's work lends itself to this perfectly, but the model works for any venue with a connection to place, an artist, or a collection.

What We Offer

Artwork photography If you have original works you want to reproduce, we photograph them to archival standard with full colour calibration. This is the foundation of any quality print programme. We can also do location photography if needed to capture special collections or work from your own digital files.

Supplying artwork If you don't have an existing collection to reproduce, we can help source the artwork. We represent a roster of artists and have access to a curated catalogue of works through our own art prints websites including Klein Editions, Manchester, Lake District and London Art Prints. We can help match the right artwork to your venue, location or theme.

Giclée printing We are a Hahnemühle platinum certified studio, one of a small number in the UK. Prints are produced on museum-grade papers with archival pigment inks, accurate to the original.

Precision cutting Our Zünd flatbed cutter trims to 0.03mm accuracy, handling up to 1,000 sheets per day. Consistent, clean edges across every batch.

Framing We can supply prints framed and ready to hang, whether for your own display or for delivery direct to your customers.

Batch fulfilment We supply wholesale batches directly to your premises. Straightforward ordering, reliable turnaround, consistent quality. Add presentation pack or cardboard packaging to help with display and storage.

Online order fulfilment (drop shipping) We integrate with your website and fulfil orders direct to your customers as they come in. No stock to hold, no packing, no postage. Your customer orders, we print, pack and dispatch.

Why It Matters to Get the Production Right

A print sold from your shop represents your venue. If the colour is flat, the paper feels cheap, or the edges are uneven, it reflects on you. We print the way we'd want prints produced for our own editions, because the standard doesn't change based on the order size.

Archival pigment printing on quality paper also means your prints last. A visitor who buys one and hangs it at home will still have it for decades to come. Helping to create memories that last.
